Why invest in hospitality assets?

Why investment in hospitality assets is a promising investment?

The hospitality industry has been one of the fastest-growing industries in the UK in the last decade. Both international and domestic travels have increased significantly as a result of a more connected world where both leisure and business travel is becoming more common.

The global pandemic has struck a major blow to this industry, but estimations demonstrate that it will continue to be one of the fastest industries to recover once the pandemic is over and the demand for travel surges once again, making investments in this sector much more profitable than before.

Property investments in conventional forms involve quite a lot of hassle as can frequently prove complex, time-consuming and require expertise. We are here to take the burden of the work off your shoulders and help you develop an additional stream of income, by investing in purchasing and upgrading hotels across the United Kingdom.

How is the investment secured?

How is the investment secured?

Investment in property-backed bonds is, in essence, more secure than other forms of investment, because it’s tied to a physical asset. Nevertheless, it doesn’t imply ownership of a specific property. The fact that your investment is not tied to an especial property makes it even more attractive, as your income is not bound to the performance of any single property and therefore, doesn’t risk bearing a temporary loss due to low performance of one asset. The investment strategy of Paymán Investments features diversification in the portfolio of its assets, through which it aims to minimise the risk of market fluctuations and performances of individual properties.

The company performs extensive due diligence and takes all necessary precautions to avoid risky investments. However, should there ever be a case of liquidity problems, the company will be able to resolve the issue by selling an unprofitable property and replacing it with other opportunities.

Why Paymán Investments?

Why Paymán Investments?

The rapid growth of the hospitality industry has attracted numerous investors and businesses, making it a highly competitive market. Despite the significant impact of the global pandemic on businesses related to travel and tourism, forecasts demonstrate that the recovery will start quickly. However, the scale of the workload that property management brings requires an experienced and dedicated team, as well as a highly automated system, both of which are provided by Paymán Investments. We take care of each and every aspect of the work, from sourcing potential investment opportunities to renovating and upgrading properties to a good standard, and eventually running the business all in-house.

Paymán Group has been operating in the industry for over 6 years and currently manages more than 400 units across the UK and further afield.

Another major barrier in the industry is the costs involved in 3rd party outsourcing. Paymán Group’s other subsidiary, Zeevou is an innovative solution in property management that automates every aspect of the work including booking, marketing, operations, and financial administration, enabling us to focus on expanding our portfolio while preserving the highest standards of service and carrying out tasks efficiently. Furthermore, it provides the technology to reduce the dependency on 3rd party providers and rely further on direct bookings.

Last but not least, Paymán Investments is not only about an additional stream of income. It is a way to join in an initiative in preserving and restoring derelict hotels and listed buildings, which supports local economies and local suppliers. Moreover, by working with Paymán Investments, you will be advancing worthwhile causes across the globe.
