Na’ím Anís Paymán founded Paymán Investments in order to respond to requests from individual investors, who asked for his help in making their money work for them. After setting up Keezark, a hospitality management company in 2015, and launching Zeevou, a cutting-edge software provider for hospitality operators in 2020, Paymán found himself in the unique position of having control over the entire vertical in-house. Following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and a subsequent shrinkage of buyer activity in the hotel market, Paymán began purchasing hotels and guesthouses across the UK. As the number of good deals available outpaced the funds at hand, the idea of Paymán Investments was born. This allowed for the creation of a tax-efficient business structure, while also reducing the risk to any one investor by spreading their funds across a large investment portfolio.

The company is able to grow its portfolio of properties while maintaining the highest standards of service. Every aspect of the property management, including booking, marketing, operations, and financial administration, is automated.
